Hallow Ian Horror Hour & the Horror Writers Association (HWA) Seattle Chapter are starting a scary good collaboration that we know you're dying to hear details about!

What started out as a connection on the horror app, Slasher, quickly turned into a fun collaboration between the team behind The Hallow Ian Horror Hour and the HWA Seattle Chapter.

Watch the video below where our co-chair, Brianna Malotke, interviews the duo behind Tapped House TV and the Hallow Ian Horror Hour, Ean Tallent and Sam Mostovoy.

Taken at Crypticon Seattle - (Left to Right) Sam, Brianna, Ean, Josef.

How did this collab start & what can viewers expect?

Ean initially reached out to Brianna Malotke, the co-chair of the chapter, for an author / horror creator interview on season two. After some discussion, Brianna pitched the idea of a short segment that would allow chapter members a way to be involved on the show. As her role of co-chair, Brianna is always trying to work out ways that the chapter can be more involved in the community, especially the vibrant horror community in the Pacific Northwest.

This is now "Seattle Scares" - a five episode series that features chapter members reading flash fiction pieces in front of a roaring fire. Think Clue meets Twilight Zone vibes.

Authors from the HWA Seattle Chapter included are - Brianna Malotke, Josef Wilke, Clay Vermulm, Jennifer Brozek, and Evan J. Peterson.

Keep an eye out this fall for our talented writers & their work on The Hallow Ian Horror Hour! We'll share story details, episode guides, and more as it gets closer.
