From Friday, May 3rd to Sunday, May 5th, the Horror Writers Association (HWA) Seattle Chapter had a table at the horror convention Crypticon Seattle.
Crypticon Seattle is "The Largest Gathering Of Fans Of The Macabre in The Pacific Northwest." Held annually, the convention is orgazined and run by horror fans. There are numerous panels, a writing contest (convention anthology!), celebrities, artists, and so much more! They're already planning 2025, you don't want to miss it!
In addition to talking to writers (of all levels & forms) about the HWA and our chapter, we also had several of our author's works for sale. Along with having a table to man, our co-chairs Brianna Malotke & Josef B. Wilke were both on multiple panels. A HUGE shoutout to those who manned our table while our cop-chairs were on panels or attending the writing ceremony. We couldn't have had such a smooth weekend without you!
And an even BIGGER thanks to our Program Coordinator Clay Vermulm for getting us this opportunity!!
