After a small bit of controversy about the upcoming Stephen King dedication anthology, Views from the Overlook, the rules for submissions from non-invited authors have been relaxed. Here are the new ones via screenshots directly from the editor published in late October. Or, go directly to the editor's post here: https://jamieflanagan.com/guidelines-2/
Takeaways: More time to write, less anxiety about missing the deadline because of first come/first served. The guidelines seem pretty clear when and how and what/what not to send. Earlier, I'd seen a note from Jamie saying that the submission doesn't need to be perfect, but given the competition you will doubtless run up against, you really should send in your very best work based on this last comment from the editor.
